Dermatology Physician Assistant

Job Description:

Physician Assistant – Certified needed for busy Dermatology practice in Northern New Jersey.

The office has been open since 1992 and specializes in cancerous and precancerous lesions and skin pathology. We have a large number of loyal patients and treat virtually all aspects of the skin. It is a general medical and surgical dermatology practice with emphasis on skin cancer prevention and treatment.
There is a very loyal and dedicated staff, and numerous employees have been with the practice for ten to fifteen years or longer. The office constantly strives to treat its employees generously and to make the work environment as pleasant as possible.

There will be a strong emphasis on dermatologic procedures including punch and shave biopsies and excisions, acne surgery, intralesional and intramuscular injections, skin tag removal, cryotherapy, treatment of warts and molluscum contagiosum, patch test applications, cyst and lipoma removals, elliptical excisions, photodynamic therapy (PDT), and platelet-rich plasma (PRP). There will also be an emphasis on general dermatology, psoriasis, rashes, pediatric dermatology and cosmetic dermatology including botox, fillers, and laser treatments. Experience is preferred. Proficiency with Electronic Medical Assistant (EMA) is a plus. The ideal candidate is hard working, bright, reliable, honest, dedicated, loyal, and pleasant to work with and will grow with the practice for many years. A generous compensation package will be offered.
Northwestern New Jersey is a beautiful area, has outstanding schools, and is a terrific place to raise a family. The office is approximately one hour from New York City.
