$400,000 signing bonus for unique situation. The practice is offering this incentive within a majority general dermatology office because the retiring partner is a plastic surgeon. The new partner should be a dermatologist to elevate the level of dermatology care. You will join 2 physicians, including 1 physician partner, and 5 physician extenders in this 3 location multi-site practice.

Established practice in Wilmington, NC has been delighting patients for years. This is the practice of Drs. Edward Ricciardelli, Roger Sica, and Lydia Shedlofsky. 

The practice is a full-service general dermatology, surgical, and cosmetics practice. You will be working alongside 2 dermatologists, 1 plastic surgeon, and 6 advanced practice providers. You will be supported by an experienced administrative and clinical team that scribe and perform clinical administrative tasks freeing you to focus on patients
