Design Director Motion (2D/3D)

The role

In this role, you will be focused on shaping and leading ideas through animation from concept to completion whilst leading the Motion team in Germany. You will be responsible for creating 3D, 2D, and motion assets, working closely with the design and strategy teams to ensure the highest standards of development and execution of world-class video. You will develop multi-faceted, original, branded 2D/3D animation content and projects will include anything from animations, package design renders, brand sizzle videos, UX/UI mock-ups, social media posts, and time-based media. 

What we are looking for…

The position calls for a creative who has demonstrated experience in leading multiple work streams, developing creatively both independently and alongside cross-functional teams, and executing against a wide variety of creative and strategic business briefs. You will have relevant experience working in design environments and have proficient technical skills with editing and syncing soundtracks and Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe After Effects and Cinema4D. You'll be able to work independently on 2D and 3D projects, cracking through strategic and design problems, whilst also enjoying working collaborating with multi-disciplinary and international teams.

This role requires a great level of English as you will collaborate closely with other L&F offices worldwide on a different range of projects. German and other language skills are a plus.
