In the role of Design Intern, we'll count on you to:

• Offer real-world experience on exciting projects

• Connect with recent college graduates and our company leaders through mentoring and young professionals programs

• Perform assignments under the direct supervision of an Architect, Project Manager, or other professionals

• Participate in the architectural design process, and develop alternative solutions and presentation graphics used to communicate concepts to client or for agency approval

• Follow through on design development drawings and models, and collaborate with production staff for technical details and completion of construction drawings

• Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications - External

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited Architecture program• Excellent communication, time management, graphic, and organizational skills• Must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills• Basic Microsoft Office skills

• Technical skills should include proficiency with Revit and 3D modeling and rendering programs (such as Rhino, VRay, Sketchup, Enscape, and/or Lumion) and Adobe Creative Suite

• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong preference given to regional candidates

• Currently enrolled in a graduate Architecture program with a 3.0+ GPA

• Previous internship experience strongly preferred
