Become a Freelance Design & Visual for Our Research Team:

You will be responsible for designing and formatting reports, whitepapers, presentations, and other content to ensure they are visually appealing, readable, and in line with branding guidelines.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and format various documents in particular documents in Microsoft, including reports, whitepapers, and presentations, to ensure a professional, clean, and engaging layout.
2. Create visually appealing infographics, charts, and graphs to represent data effectively.
3. Apply best practices in typography, color theory, and layout to maintain consistency and readability.
4. Ensure all documents follow the company’s branding guidelines, including fonts, colors, logos, and style consistency.
5. Prepare final files for both print and digital formats, ensuring they meet the required technical specifications.
6. Take feedback from stakeholders and revise designs accordingly.
7. Conduct thorough reviews of document designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to the highest standards of design and formatting.
8. Identify areas for improvement in design processes and implement solutions to streamline workflow.

What you will need:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in document design, layout, or similar roles.
3. Proven portfolio showcasing document designs, including reports, whitepapers, and presentations.
4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant design software.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint, for document formatting.
6. Familiarity with creating infographics, data visualizations, and other content that enhances document readability.
7. Strong sense of typography, layout, color, and branding.
8. Ability to translate complex data and information into engaging, easy-to-understand visuals.
9. Excellent attention to detail.
10. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively.
11. Ability to take constructive feedback and revise designs accordingly.
12. Proficient in written English is a must.
