The role

Our Designers explore and conceptualize design options and creative solutions for brand led transformation. They work in conjunction with the Design Directors and Senior Designers in our Creative Studio to develop and push to find ‘big ideas’ based on design strategy and the creative brief. They develop straightforward design approaches to complex design challenges across packaging, brand development, corporate identity, mobile, digital and user experience design projects.

What we're looking for

• A brand focused Designer
• 3-5 years of experience working in design environments
• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design
• Experience building brands either from scratch or as a brand refresh
• Ability to identify and deliver exceptional creative design
• Strong skillset in packaging design
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding technical skills with Adobe Creative Suite
• Current design trend knowledge and skills
• Familiarity with new media technology/software
• Ability to collaborate confidently with team members
• Passion for cracking tough strategic and design problems
• Evidence of creative solutions that supports project goals.
• A comprehensive portfolio
