Role overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Design Contractor to join our team for a 6-month contract. This role involves creating visually compelling designs across various media to support our product and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both digital and print design.

What you'll do

• Utilize tools like FigJam Miro Hotjar and Google Analytics to develop and refine user flows.

• Lead usability testing sessions documenting and prioritizing enhancements.

• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to address and prioritize technical issues.

• Implement QA practices to ensure high standards in UX flows.

• Analyze feedback and iterate designs to improve usability and performance.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop design concepts.

• Create and design digital assets including website graphics social media visuals and email templates.

• Design and maintain the company’s marketing design library and templates.

• Develop and manage a marketing resource suite using Webflow.

• Ensure brand consistency across all design projects.

• Collate and manage feedback from stakeholders to refine designs.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Who you are

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.

• Proficiency in Figma as well as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.

• Excellent understanding of typography colour theory and layout design.

• Experience with Webflow or similar web design tools.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
