Designer, Consumer / Packaging

The role

As a Designer, you will explore and conceptualise design options and solutions that maintain our vision and creative beliefs across our consumer accounts– “great ideas expertly and beautifully crafted and delivered with rigour and flair.” 

You will have a love of design: rolling up your sleeves and collaborating cross discipline in a fast pace environment. Partnering with clients to show your passion for creative excellence, branding, and visual communication. Excellent and current creative and design trend knowledge and skills (from branding identity, digital, to time-based media). You’re strong in conceptual thinking and design development, have communication skills and working knowledge of graphic design and digital media. You will work in large teams and independently and participate and contribute in design critiques.

What we are looking for

• You will have first relevant experience working in design environments and a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent).
• You will have a passion for design and you're an excellent communicator (ideally fluent in both German and English)
• Technical skills with Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with new media technology/software is a plus.
• Can collaborate confidently with team members and have a passion for cracking tough strategic and design problems.
• Evidence of creative solutions that supports project goals.
