OVERVIEW Our team is specializes in the sale of, and equity placement for, medical office buildings, physician and hospital monetization, re-capitalizations and joint venture equity, and running developer selection processes. OPPORTUNITIES We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Healthcare Capital Markets Team. RESPONSIBILITIES • Design real estate transaction brochures, offering memorandums and pitch books • Produce site plans, label aerials, re-touch photos, logos • Design collateral material (e.g. site tour books, landing page graphics) • Design invitations and collateral for special projects • Coordinate photography and video shoots for deals/projects • Be able to work well with outside vendors including rendering companies and videographers • Review materials, including making edits and appropriate adjustments based on internal and external feedback • Production knowledge is a plus SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • College degree • Minimum of one-year graphic design work experience • Working knowledge of appropriate software (Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Power Point) • Technical and creative proficiency working in Adobe Creative Suite on Macintosh OS X QUALIFICATIONS Professional experience working with print medium is highly preferred. Experience working in a corporate environment, real-estate or finance industries are a plus. Ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills. Ideal candidate will be adept at multi-tasking and be accustomed to working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
