Job Description

• Provide end-user support and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Install, configure, and manage workstations running Windows 10 and 11.
• Customize and deploy standard Windows images, leveraging Group Policy Objects (GPO) for configuration management.
• Manage and deploy Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, such as Intune or other similar tools.
• Administer user accounts and applications in Microsoft Office 365.
• Understand and support corporate network infrastructure, including DNS services, authentication protocols, email systems, and VPN connections.
• Support and maintain Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions, if applicable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience providing end-user support in a corporate environment.
• Expertise in the installation, configuration, and management of Windows 10 and 11 workstations.
• Proficiency in customizing standard Windows images and managing GPOs.
• Hands-on experience with MDM solutions, particularly Intune.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 administration for users and applications.
• Basic understanding of core corporate network infrastructure technologies (e.g., DNS, authentication, email, VPN).
• Microsoft certifications are highly preferred.
• Experience with VDI solutions is a plus.
