Mambos Cuban Cafe in Jacksonville, FL is looking for one dessert chef to join our 36 person strong team. We are located on 13770 Beach Blvd Unit 9. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged. Responsibilities • Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form sweet rolls, pie crusts, tarts, or other products • Measure and weigh ingredients • Prepare pastries and desserts according to recipes • Clean and sanitize work station and equipment Qualifications • Experience working as a pastry chef or similar role • Dedicated to working with a team towards one goal • Attention to detail in all aspects of the kitchen area • Highly adaptable to various situations and stress levels We are looking forward to hearing from you.
