Job Summary

Summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Developer - IT in Chennai, India.

What a typical day looks like:

• Develop complex Web applications & Automations for Flex Business teams
• Work directly with business domain experts and solution managers to understand the business needs and design software solutions that meet the business needs
• Develop complex software solutions using Agile Methodology
• Perform code reviews and evaluate the work of other individuals to ensure artifacts meet quality standards. Provide feedback on code reviews and evaluations
• Work with compliance team on adherence of compliance
• Perform quarterly/monthly security audits
• Ensure that project tasks are completed within established time frames
• Stay current on technologies, current issues, trends and tools affecting software application development. Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new tools and skills for the organization
• May perform other duties as assigned by management

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in IT development
• Demonstrated expert knowledge of the Applications Development for large enterprise/customers - .NET, PowerApps or any Low code Platform and automation platform like UiPath, Power Automate Desktop
• Modern web application development experience
• Must have foundational, logical, and creative level experience with many technologies including .NET, ASP.NET MVC, WCF, Rest, Web API, HTML5, AJAX, JSON, jQuery
• Design build and maintain efficient and reusable C# code using design patterns
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• A good understanding of formal software development practices and procedures, Source code management process using Azure Devops or GitHub
