Development Accountant

RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce's client, one of the fastest growing CPA firms in the New York, NY area is seeking a Development Accountant for their NYC office. Summary: The Development Accountant will be involved in tax compliance activities for a variety of diverse clients in industries including real estate, not for profits, hotels and more. Returns include Partnerships, corps, and Trust and Estates. This client provides outstanding compensation, benefits, and advancement potential and a flexible, hybrid work schedule. REQUIREMENTS: • 3+ years of recent Public Accounting tax experience • Excellent verbal, written communication skills, and demonstrated leadership experience • CPA completed or in progress would be a preference • Exposure to Real Estate and/or Government/Not for Profit are a plusThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
