Overview:

IntelliBridge is an award-winning national security company looking for a DevSecOps Engineer with an Angular/Java background to support our contract with the U. S. Customs and Immigration Service (USCIS).

As a DevSecOps Engineer at IntelliBridge, you will be part of an integrated project team delivering scalable and secure solutions. You will use user-centered and agile methodologies to build and continuously deploy server and client-side solutions. You will perform in AWS cloud environment to support the continuous development, deployment, integration, and monitoring of server and client-side solutions. As a member of a project delivery team, you will collaborate with project and product managers, user experience designers, and business analysts. Your efforts will directly serve and assist end-users. Your work will be produced in the context of IntelliBridge's DevSecOps practices, including but not limited to continuous development, deployment, integration, and monitoring. Developers at IntelliBridge are expected to have experience developing or integrating databases as well as developing and integrating server and client applications.

Clearance:

• Public Trust clearance requires a background investigation (BI) and entry on duty (EOD) status. This must be applied for upon acceptance of employment offer. Candidates with existing or recently completed Public Trust background investigations are preferred.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Build CI/CD pipelines for microservices, applications, and supporting components
• Work to build standard CI/CD approaches across the supported teams and application portfolio
• Optimize system availability to minimize costs to USCIS while supporting all required teams
• Manage security requirements, including patching, to maintain existing security authorization
• Analyze system logs to perform root-cause analysis of performance or infrastructure issues
• Participate in design meetings with other projects and the client's technical specialists
• Provide support for downstream testing efforts and defect resolution
• Work with other agile teams to effectively design, build, and deliver cloud-based solutions
• Work with other teams to coordinate integration testing across multiple (more than 3) teams
• Participate in daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint demos, and other agile ceremonies
• Produce quality and maintainable code
• Support and improve the overall system
• Support the security posture of the system
• Support a team of developers

Required Qualifications:

DevOps Engineers shall be mid to senior level experience with the ability to perform, but not limited to automation and engineering tasks, AI/ML implementation, data, infrastructure/operations, and security engineer tasks in cloud environments.

• Shall have a minimum of six (6) years of experience in the Information Technology field focusing on development projects using DevSecOps and AWS cloud environments with experience in AI/ML.
• Shall have experience with full stack engineering (defined as proficient in database development/integration as well as server and client application development/integration), including at least three (3) years of experience deploying production enterprise applications in AWS.
• Shall have at least three (3) years of specific software engineering experience related to front-end and back-end applications and/or data services.
• Shall possess experience in large scale, high-performance enterprise big data application deployment and solution architecture on complex heterogeneous environments in AWS.
• Shall possess experience with automation and engineering tasks, AI/ML implementation, data, infrastructure/operations, and security engineer tasks in USCIS cloud environments

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience delivering as part of Agile Development teams and strong familiarity with Scrum and/or Kanban delivery models
• Experience with Terraform
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines for microservice applications
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines for Alfresco, Mulesoft, or Solr
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines for web-based applications using Node.js, Angular, or React
• Experience with Amazon ECS or EKS
• Extensive experience building pipelines for AWS applications
• AWS Certification
