• Design, build, and support operational and security-related monitoring and backup solutions for Azure-based customer environments in the SaaS sector.
• Support in the analysis and implementation of security requirements, e.g., header definition, CSP policy setup, etc.
• Regular review of alerts in the implemented monitoring and security solution (e.g., Grafana, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, etc.).
• Regular deployment of software and system updates via Azure DevOps Pipelines.
• Troubleshooting and second-level support.
• Development of features (optional)
• Design and implementation of embedded Power BI reports (optional)

• Completed or attaining a degree or a comparable education in the field of computer science, system administration, or similar.
• Experience with the Microsoft Azure environment (App services, Function apps, Sentinel, Defender, Lighthouse, Firewalls, Azure AVD, Azure KeyVaults), Microsoft Azure DevOps, Grafana, SQL queries, and basic coding including Terraform, Power BI.
• Enthusiasm for innovative technologies and a willingness to delve into new topics. Independent and structured working style.
• Team spirit and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, German is a plus.
