DFT Engineer

Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking highly motivated DFT/TEST engineer to be part of TEST team. Join a great team of engineering professionals who are involved in development validation and delivery of DFT for IBM’s microprocessor chip design teams.
As DFT Engineer you will be required but not restricted to pattern generation simulation validation delivery to TAE IBM’s Hardware Bring-up Silicon Debug and understanding SPQL (Shipped Product Quality Level) requirements.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 7-12 years in DFT/TEST on complex designs involving planning specification architecture definition insertion pattern generation and validation
• Strong fundamentals in RTL design functional verification digital circuit design and micro controller architecture
• Strong knowledge of front end and back end flows including Logic Design Synthesis DFT PD and STA
• Hands-on experience in DFT architectures & methodologies that includes Scan ATPG Array BIST Logic BIST Boundary Scan JTAG and IP integration
• Hands-on experience with EDA test tools for DFT implementation pattern generation and simulation
• Prior experience in server flow and post silicon validation is a plus
• Experience working with ATE engineers for silicon bring up silicon debug and validation
• Proficient in scripting Python C PERL is a must
• Excellent communication skills and team player
