DGM PCBA & Product Testing

Diploma or BE or BTech in Electronics Engineering, 7 to 10 Years' Experience in Product & PCBA Testing Process Engineering /
Industrialization.
- Preferred either from External Candidate and Deputed at GSC Corporate Office
- Developing and implementing test plans, Operator work instructions, Test jigs for new products based on product test requirements and specifications
- Strong hands on experience & knowledge of designing of the Product & PCBA Test Equipments and BON
- Ability to develop specifications, approve designs, realize & qualify PCBA Testing equipment/tooling
- Strong or Moderate experience & exposure on Product industrialization, on some product Assy processes & Associated Mfg
equipment as well as test process parameters and limits.

- Working knowledge with PCBA Test equipment qualification process & evaluates equipment for safety and ergonomics concerns /
- Ability to lead supplier to develop project timeline and performance criteria and ensures that equipment capabilities are
adequate
- Ability to validate the different stages of a Test equipment realization: design review, external/internal acceptance.
- Assesses actual progress of supplier and provides timely communication of project budget, schedule and performance
criteria
- Manage autonomously an new Test equipment qualification (includes validation of safety and ergonomics) in supplier
premises and within the manufacturing facility
- Test technology transfer to contract manufacturers and in house manufacturing.
- Test Automation development on LabVIEW platform.
- Familiar with GPIB, Serial, Ethernet and CAN communications.
- Participating in DFT activity during design phase of the product.
