Job Description
Ø  Key Responsibilities 
o Manage Regional Sales, Growth of Diffused Business for the retail division in Home and Distribution Business Unit 
 
 o Reach the growth ambition of bringing Schneider Electric amongst the Top 3 brands in retail segment 
 
 o Establish new channels of growth: Home Automation and EV 
 
 o Geographic Expansion: Expand the retail operations across India to Tier 2/3 cities 
 
 o Build, Train, Motivate and Manage Sales Team 
 
 o Build Sales Strategy and Implementation to the last mile 
 
 o Develop business through by expanding channel and POS 
 
 o Manage financial health of region 
 
 o Carry Out multiple connect programs across the year to drive sales

o Create, Run and settle schemes
o Achieve profitability goals for the region
o Drive & Manage the Channels and key Influencers, Distributors, Key Retailers & Electricians

o Lead a direct team of 10+ sales people and ~20 Feet on Street sales people
