Job Duties β€’ Initiate suggestive selling and sampling of wine and beer products β€’ Set up wine and cheese samples β€’ Receive and stock wine and beer orders β€’ Assist with inventory, processing, monitoring and replenishing merchandise β€’ Ensure that all items have signs and are priced correctly β€’ Organize and wipe bottles in wine fridge and on shelving display β€’ Communicate any customer special requests to management β€’ Communicates with coworkers and management to solve problems and improve quality and service β€’ Additional duties as assigned Qualifications β€’ At least one year of experience and/or training in the specialty food or wine and beer industry β€’ Outgoing personality and willingness to learn β€’ Strong customer service skills β€’ Ability to think critically β€’ Ability to communicate clearly with customers and fellow Associates β€’ Ability to read, write and count to accurately complete all documentation β€’ Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure β€’ Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the store β€’ Ability to work varied hours/days as dictated by business β€’ Fine wine and liquor experience a plus β€’ Must be 21 years of age or older OUR CORE VALUES We attribute much of our success to our Core Values β€” both as a company and as individuals.
