Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to join our dynamic team for an exciting international project. This is a great opportunity to take on a key leadership role in managing testing activities, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and contributing to the success of a global initiative.

• Oversee and manage the testing process throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate testing efforts with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of test plans.
• Ensure testing activities meet project timelines, goals, and quality standards.
• Monitor and report on test progress, issues, and results to stakeholders.
• Act as the main point of contact for testing-related queries and concerns within the project.
• Identify risks and proactively implement strategies to mitigate them.
• Foster strong collaboration between team members and external stakeholders.
• Lead and support the testing team, offering guidance and coaching to junior testers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the role of Test Manager (previous experience in a similar function is a must).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in English (the project will be conducted in English, and regular communication with international teams will be required).
• Excellent soft skills, including leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• No prior experience in automation is required.
