What You'll Be Doing
The Digital Accessibility Manager will be a key member of the newly formed Digital Accessibility team. This new role will provide a range of support services and expertise to our Information and Digital Solutions organization and business partners. You will;
- Engage with and help stakeholders understand the potential barriers and how to remove them.
- Equip teams with the knowledge, skills and tools to become self-sufficient.
- Embed accessibility and inclusive design best practices into the way we work.

- Deliver - You will be able to articulate the value of accessibility and inclusive design so that teams have the know-how and desire to transform the way they work.
What You Should Bring
- experience with Accessibility, Inclusive Design, Design Thinking, or related disciplines.
- Experience with assessing and auditing digital products against defined standards, eg WCAG 2.1.
- Demonstrable experience of supporting the resolution of accessibility issues.
- Deep understanding and empathy for those with lived experiences of disability.
- Proven track record of high quality, agile focused, team-based solution delivery.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and collaboration skills, working across global and diverse teams.
Your Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
- High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of equivalent work experience
