Job Description:

The Account Coordinator will be familiar with aspects of maintaining client relationships, from scoping data processing requirements to process management to delivery of specified final product. The Account Coordinator will possess basic marketing acumen and help the Account Manager or Senior Account Manager cultivate relationships that win new engagements and deepen clients' needs to maintain their association with Merkle. You will have organizational, interpersonal, and understand direct marketing. Also, the completion of other data-related projects are required.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with account management staff to identify client needs and make recommendations to seize business opportunities.
  • Provide sales and service support to account management staff.
  • Ensure the satisfaction/delight of clients by providing assistance in the delivery of solutions.
  • Balance technical skill set with soft skills
  • Work together with internal clients to ensure seamless and well-coordinated approaches are used to enrich the client's experience with Merkle.
  • Demonstrate fiscal responsibility within the boundaries established by Management.
  • Meet production/project timelines and see tasks through to completion.
  • Use proprietary and non-proprietary software in the completion of tasks.
  • Travel, as needed, to client or other locations.
  • Perform other tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in using Microsoft Office suite of products, to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Sales and service support experience.
  • Excellent verbal/non-verbal skills, and ability to work in a team environment.

Additional Information:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $54,000. Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
