The 1800Flowers, Inc. B2B Digital Analytics team develops key metrics on our customer base and from the gifting and recognition marketplace and transforms them into insights that guide the product, marketing, and sales roadmap.

The Data Analyst will support the business to business sales and product teams by iteratively improving the company's reporting and business intelligence capabilities. This includes creating new KPIs, dashboards, and the tools and data pipelines needed to support and improve leadership's ability to make customer-centric decisions that are supported by quality data.

A successful candidate for this role will require excellent written and oral communicators and be a self-starter who is adept at navigating large datasets and working with diverse stakeholders to define success metrics and interpret customer signal. This individual should have a proven track record of asking insightful questions, developing the necessary instruments and presenting findings in a clear and helpful manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Defining and reporting KPIs for B2B initiatives and digital properties (website and apps)
• Developing, identifying, prioritizing, and analyzing questions about customer behavior on company's digital properties
• Improving the B2B team's reporting tools, environments, and dashboards through automation
• Supporting executives in understanding user pain points and trends in a transforming industry

Requirements

Requirements:

• Strong analytical, decision making, and presentation skills
• Strong skills in Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
• Hands on with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Google Data Studio)
• Good knowledge of SQL (BigQuery, Snowflake, or RedShift)
• Ability to communicate complex concepts and distill data to non-technical business stakeholders
• 2+ years of experience working in digital analytics space with mentioned platforms
• Proven ability with KPI creation, reporting, and dashboard creation

Preferred:

• AB Testing and optimization practice and measurement
• Data manipulation in Python
• Good understanding of tag implementing and debugging
• Knowledge of digital marketing (i.e. SEM, SEO, Display, Email, etc.)
