- （業務概要） AOチームの日常業務や運営プロセスを支援し、生成AIツールを活用した効率化・改善活動をサポートします。
- く主な業務内容（想定）＞
- 組織エンゲージメント・社内活性化サポート：例）組織エンゲージメント施策(チーム内イベント、アンケート運営など)への参画、社内研修（LK）の運営補助や関連資料作成、メンバー間のコミュニケーション促進に関する取り組み支援
- 業務プロセスの整理·改善サポート: 例)業務フローや情報共有方法の現状を整理し改善点の抽出を支援、改善案のドラフト資料作成·関係者との共有準備
- 生成AIを活用した業務支援：例）ICAなどの生成AIツールを用いた文書要約・資料作成·情報整理、AIツール活用の手順・ベストプラクティスの整理
- データ収集・ドキュメンテーション：例）プロジェクト進捗や業務改善の記録を整理し報告書·ナレッジ資料作成を補助
- その他サポート業務：例）チームミーティングへの参加、議事録·タスク整理、必要に応じて担当者の業務補助
- 期日を守り、正確に事務処理を行う能力
- Office製品（Excel、PowerPoint、Word）およびメール・Slack・Teamsなどのコミュニケーションツールの活用スキル
