ROLE OVERVIEW

The main role of a Digital Content Supervisor is overseeing the creation, development, and management of digital content. They are also responsible for developing, maintaining and presenting style and process guides. They ensure that all digital content is produced to a high standard, is engaging and effective, and aligns with client needs. The preferred candidate should possess a proactive and detail-oriented approach, along with a proven track record of successfully working in a fast-paced and intricate setting, while also being able to collaborate effectively within a larger team framework. This role involves constant engagement with clients, photographers, and our internal teams, collaborating to enhance our omni-channel workflows.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Technical expertise and review of native artwork files in Adobe Photoshop
  • Process owner, quality assurance lead and point of contact for omni-channel content creation
  • Ensure effective delivery of pixel-perfect content that meets channel specifications
  • Communication of ongoing style guide and process updates
  • Assist in asset set-up and product measurement for photoshoots
  • Support team in enhancing implementation efficiency, productivity and innovation via creative application development, project management and innovative technologies
  • Train and mentor team members to develop their skills and knowledge in digital content creation
  • Develop and implement digital content strategies to enhance brand awareness and asset engagement

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of content experience
  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • Strong project management, communication and persuasion abilities
  • Naturally curious mind and passion for digital
  • Work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with a variety of digital merchandising platforms preferred (offers, web, mobile, kiosk)
  • Ability to apply mathematical equations to calculate percentages and evaluate relative sizes
  • Strong grasp of business strategy and ability to prioritize opportunities
  • Proficient in the Adobe Creative Cloud Platform (specifically Adobe Photoshop), Sketch and Figma
