Job Description

The Digital Graphic Designer works closely with the marketing team on projects from conception through execution, developing high-quality, creative, and professional marketing and communication materials for Agora. This includes but is not limited to assembling promotional materials for sales, social media graphics, website maintenance and developing new pages, email design/coding, blog articles, presentation templates, video editing, and other external and internal marketing materials. This role requires working closely with all marketing stakeholders and is responsible for recognizing new design opportunities, building solid relationships, and growing the Agora brand. What You’ll Do • Conceptualize and design digital assets, including static, video, and animated advertisements. • Manage, deploy and adhere to budgeted ad spend across Google, Meta, etc. • Work closely with creative team directors to lead design projects from ideation to final delivery. • Communicate clearly with managers to understand the goals, objectives, and visual direction/strategy of the brand. • Create Wordpress based landing pages and perform website maintenance. • Create engaging video-based ads/brand assets to drive lead engagement. • Work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage time efficiently. • Contribute to our collaborative culture and to the evolution of our internal processes • Lead assemblage of printed marketing collateral (printing, binding, shipping). • Oversee procurement and inventory for all marketing needs. • Create copy and assets for marketing campaigns. • Work cross-functionally with teams to develop content and create marketing materials. • Create and edit presentation templates with senior leadership. • Update and maintain the team marketing calendar. • Design conference/expo materials. • Provide design support for corporate or transaction-based marketing. • Stay abreast of the ever-changing technology landscape to identify the best tools and technologies for the challenges we're solving. What You Need • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Communication/Visual Arts • 5+ years of professional experience • Must have a strong design portfolio with a wide range of skills (print, web, email, and video filming/editing) • Must be a careful, detail-oriented designer • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite • WordPress maintenance/management • HTML and CSS Flexbox layout experience Preferred Skills • CRM experience • Outstanding organizational and time management skills • Startup experience What We Offer You • Competitive Salary • Health Insurance (medical, dental, and vision) • 401(k) Retirement Plan • Performance Bonus • Unaccrued PTO • Incentive Stock Options • Collaborative Work Environment
