Our ACDS Internship Program is a three-month program that places selected candidates with employers across Arkansas in IT positions to gain experience under the guidance of a professional mentor/IT support team. Internships are designed as an on-ramp to an IT career and can roll into full-time positions based on employer demand.

What You'll Do...

• Curate and schedule content across various platforms to align with organizational goals and engage the target audience effectively.
• Utilize social media and website analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations based on thorough data analysis.
• Manage and accurately input data related to marketing campaigns to ensure completeness and reliability for decision-making purposes.
• Assist in the development and execution of strategic communication plans, encompassing press releases, media relations, and communications planning.
• Contribute to the regular maintenance and updating of the organization's website using WordPress, ensuring its functionality and relevance.
• Collaborate with the team to contribute ideas and insights for the development of comprehensive and effective marketing strategies tailored to organizational objectives.

Our Must Haves...

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Email Marketing, Marketing, Online Marketing, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Marketing Strategy, and Online Advertising
• Familiarity with WordPress
• Ability to work efficiently under deadline pressure
• Current Arkansas state resident
• Ability to work in the United States without a current or future need for sponsorship

Details

• Pay: $15/hr
• Schedule: 40-hour week: typically 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday-Friday
• Length of Internship: 3 months
• Location: Little Rock, Arkansas

How does the interview process work? ACDS will conduct an initial phone interview and assessment. ACDS will send selected resumes to companies that match the candidate’s skills and interests. Our employer partners will decide who to interview and select the final candidates for the internship program.
