Our team is expanding, and we are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented entry-level Digital Marketing Associate with a primary focus on Search Engine Optimization (SEO). This is a significant opportunity to join and make a substantial impact on our developing marketing department, playing a key role in shaping and advancing our firm's digital strategy and growth. Overview We are seeking a creative and results-driven individual to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be central to implementing and refining our SEO strategies to enhance organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and drive lead generation for the firm. While SEO will be your focus, you will also support a variety of digital marketing initiatives, including content marketing, social media, and email campaigns, gaining comprehensive experience in a dynamic legal marketing environment. Key Responsibilities • SEO Strategy & Execution:Assist in developing and executing SEO strategies, including comprehensive keyword research, on-page optimization (website content, blogs, service pages, metadata), and technical SEO audits. • Content Optimization:Collaborate with content creators to ensure all digital content is SEO-friendly and aligns with firm branding. • Performance & Analytics:Monitor and analyze website traffic, keyword rankings, and other SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations. • Link Building & Competitor Analysis:Support ethical link-building efforts and conduct competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities. • General Digital Marketing Support:Contribute to broader digital marketing campaigns, assist with content creation for various platforms, support social media management, and help with email marketing efforts. • Website Management:Assist in managing and updating the firm's WordPress website. Qualifications and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a demonstrable focus on or strong interest in SEO. • Solid understanding of core SEO principles (keyword research, on-page/technical SEO, link building) and familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs). • Experience with website analytics and deriving actionable insights from data. • Proficiency with content management systems, particularly WordPress. Skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. • Proactive, self-starter mentality with a passion for learning and staying current with digital marketing trends. • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively both independently and as part of a growing, collaborative team. • A genuine interest in contributing to a developing marketing department and making a tangible impact.
