Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to oversee and optimize our marketing automation platform and activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in utilizing tools like Lemnisk, Webengage, and Clevertab, and a proven track record in driving cross-selling, upselling, activations, renewals, and customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Platform Management:
- Manage and optimize our marketing automation platform (e.g., Lemnisk, Webengage, Clevertab) to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business goals.
- Develop and implement automation workflows to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency.
- Integrate marketing automation platform with CRM and other relevant systems to ensure data consistency and accessibility.
- Campaign Execution:
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels (email, SMS, push notifications) to drive cross-selling, upselling, activations, renewals, and customer acquisition.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Create and maintain an efficient campaign calendar to ensure timely execution and alignment with marketing objectives.
- Customer Segmentation:
- Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies based on behavior, demographics, and other relevant criteria.
- Create personalized customer journeys and messaging based on segmentation to enhance customer engagement.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing automation campaigns.
- Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and improvement based on data analysis.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, customer success, product) to align marketing automation efforts with overall business objectives.
- Provide training and support to team members on the effective use of the marketing automation platform.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing automation and digital marketing.
- Proven experience in using marketing automation tools like Lemnisk, Webengage, or Clevertab, sales force, oracle
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Experience in cross-selling, upselling, activations, renewals, and customer acquisition.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and data management.
- Experience in e-commerce or subscription-based businesses.
