1-800-Flowers is seeking a Marketing Coordinator, Digital Site to help scale our efforts for on-site marketing in respect to Merchandising, Analytics, and Campaign/Content Production. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the web marketing manager and related extended team to bring brand campaigns to life on site from conception through testing and iterating, while monitoring performance and evaluating optimizations.

They will perform day-to-day marketing processes for the web marketing team and will work across various platforms and programs to create and maintain several functionalities of the website. This role requires strong analytical abilities with an eye for UX best practices. The position requires comfort with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities include, but are note limited to:

• Support daily marketing operations by assisting in campaign and content setup
• Monitor and maintain website appearance and operations through back-end systems
• Collaborate with Merchandising Teams for product setup and collection assortments
• Analyze site content performance for trends and optimizations, and maintain reporting documents
• Coordinate site asset delivery from creative teams
• Assist in setup of promotion codes
• Aid in campaign setup for various marketing channels
• Work with AB Testing Team for test setup and performance
• Other duties as assigned, especially during peak holidays when we have 'all hands-on deck'

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
• Advanced computer skills are required including Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn and utilize internal applications
• Good communication skills for both internal team and enterprise collaboration
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• 1-2 years' experience working with content management systems preferred
• Basic code knowledge preferred
• Understanding of how to analyze data to identify trends preferred
