We’re looking for a driven, creative team member to manage our social media, maintain our website, and support our marketing efforts. Job Description We’re hiring a Digital Marketing & Creative Manager to take ownership of our social media strategy, website management, and graphic design projects. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and highly motivated to grow a brand’s digital presence. Key Responsibilities · Social Media Management · Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Threads, X, etc.) · Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages · Create reels, stories, memes, and cannabis-friendly content · Stay on top of trends and help the brand grow its following · Website Management · Update and maintain the company website (Shopify, WordPress, or similar) · Add new products, promotions, and blog content · Ensure mobile responsiveness and user-friendly experience · Graphic Design · Design flyers, social posts, digital ads, packaging layouts, and sales materials · Ensure design assets align with brand style and compliance standards Qualifications · 2+ years experience in marketing, social media, or design · Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools · Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, or similar platforms · Strong writing and communication skills · Must be organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented · Experience in cannabis or regulated industries is a plus Perks · Opportunity to grow with a rapidly scaling company · Collaborative team environment · Discounts on company products To Apply Please submit your resume, portfolio or sample work, and a brief intro telling us why you’re the right fit.
