Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team in Krong Siem Reap, Cambodia. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth.

• Assist in creating and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels
• Develop engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and other digital marketing initiatives
• Design visually appealing marketing materials and collateral using graphic design software
• Manage and grow our social media presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and organize marketing events and photoshoots
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights to optimize campaign effectiveness
• Write compelling copy for marketing materials, including newsletters, blog posts, and promotional content
• Support the development and maintenance of the company's website and online presence
• Contribute to the creation of marketing reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and incorporate them into strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1-2 years of marketing experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in graphic design, photography, and video editing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO and analytics
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation
• Ability to multitask, manage projects, and meet deadlines
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the Cambodian market and culture is a plus
