Job Summary

Ayr Wellness is looking for a highly creative, forward-thinking Digital Marketing Manager to support digital advertising and promotions, and brand marketing. Working with the Regional Marketing Director, the Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for creating brand content assets and managing customer relationship outreach tools for brand growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email/ text marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns

• Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals, with KPI input from Regional Marketing Director

• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing

• Collaborate with Director of Digital and Ecommerce to create custom merchandising and landing pages to fit the needs of the business

• Understanding of SEO/SEM best practices, with a focus on hyperlocal marketing

• Maintain upkeep of Cannabis Referral platforms (Weedmaps, Leafly, etc) and online ordering

• Support and contribute to an editorial and content calendar

• Understanding of owned, paid and earned media

• Manage CRM and loyalty and customer apps for regional campaigns

• Creating and maintaining third party referral pages (Yelp, Google, Bing, etc) and responding to customer reviews

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 5 + years of experience in digital marketing and / or digital marketing project management

• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, quick-changing environment

• Self-starting, forward thinking idea generator with entrepreneurial spirit

• Fully engaged, team player with excellent communication skills

• Knowledge of market research practices and techniques

• Project management skills, with experience running large scope projects with cross over departments

• Cannabis experience a bonus, but not required

• Equivalent combination of work/education experience accepted
