Digital Marketing Manager

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute visionary online journeys to create competitive edge solutions for expanding our online presence and other digital experiences to increase brand visibility and help support business growth. Responsibilities • Implement, monitor, and improve PPC campaigns • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising to increase in-bound leads • Work with social media team to design, build and maintain our social media presence through paid promotions • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies with internal teams • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners • Evaluate emerging technologies; provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required (preferred in marketing or a related field) • Proven success implementing and improving PPC campaigns for conversions • Preferred 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing – B2B experience required • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns • Expert level experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments • Expert level knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills • High sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines and changing priorities • Receptiveness to performance feedback within a team environment is essential • Candidate must reside or relocate to Houston, TX alliant offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package including 100% employer paid medical/dental premiums for single coverage, 401(k) matching, PTO, company provided life insurance and disability, onsite gym and group fitness classes, paid covered parking, daily allowance for onsite café and Starbucks, and more!
