TheDigital Marketing Managerwill oversee GotPrint’s digital presence and online growth by managing a cross-functional team that includes paid advertising specialists, web developers, product specialists, social media specialists, and designers. This role requires a strong understanding of each digital discipline, but most importantly, the ability to manage and coordinate employees to ensure all efforts work together toward company goals.
The manager will be responsible for aligning digital strategy, ensuring smooth execution across teams, and optimizing the overall customer journey—from awareness through purchase—to maximize revenue and long-term customer value.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management & Leadership
• Directly manage and support employees across paid advertising, web development, product management, design, and social media.
• Provide guidance, set priorities, and ensure accountability across projects and campaigns.
• Foster collaboration between creative, technical, and marketing teams to align on business goals.
Strategic Planning & Execution
• Develop and oversee integrated digital strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and online sales.
• Ensure consistency and synergy across paid media, SEO, website enhancements, social campaigns, and email marketing.
• Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple teams and projects.
Performance Oversight & Reporting
• Track KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, ROI on ad spend, and customer acquisition cost.
• Review reports prepared by team members, highlight insights, and present findings to senior leadership.
• Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in workflow and propose process improvements.
Customer Experience & Optimization
• Ensure that the customer journey across the website, ads, and content is seamless and conversion-focused.
• Oversee A/B testing, UX improvements, and CRO efforts led by the team.
• Partner with design and development to refine landing pages and website functionality.
Vendor & Resource Management
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and contractors as needed, serving as the internal point of contact for ongoing projects.
• Ensure that all deliverables from external partners align with internal strategies, timelines, and quality standards.
• Communicate vendor activities and updates to leadership, while collaborating on budget and strategic approvals.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or web operations, with proven leadership/management experience.
• Strong understanding of digital channels (paid ads, SEO, social, design, web dev), with ability to oversee rather than execute each function.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing KPIs and improving ROI.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge creative, technical, and marketing disciplines.
• Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize competing tasks.
• Adaptability and strategic thinking to evolve with market and technology trends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
