Job Responsibilities :

This role involves working closely with the Razer Gold team to provide improved and enhanced marketing support to our partners in the gaming industry.
The position involves managing marketing campaigns to expand our partners' game publishing operations in emerging regions (SEA, LATAM, and MENA).
The role entails leading multi-disciplinary, cross-regional Art & Marketing Teams to develop Best-in-Class Marketing Creatives and Campaigns for multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft regional performance marketing campaigns to highlight the appeal of our mobile games.
  • Prepare the marketing budget and define the marketing mix based on CPI and install volume targets.
  • Execute performance marketing and UA plans at each stage of a game's lifecycle: soft launch, hard launch, and sustain.
  • Maintain the marketing roadmap for a portfolio of games.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary art and marketing team in creating best-in-class creatives and initiatives.
  • Manage key agency partners (UA, creative, etc.), from initial briefing through creative concepting and execution.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing assets, including copy, banners, trailers, playable ads, and interactive landing pages.
  • Oversee the creation of UA campaigns on display and video ad channels (AdWords, Facebook, IronSource, etc.).
  • Perform competitor marketing execution analysis to strengthen in-house initiatives.
  • Oversee ASO and A/B testing initiatives to optimize conversion rates and CPIs.
  • Measure and report on cohorted campaign performance (CPM, CPC, CPI, conversion rates, RoAS).
  • Work with game developers to define and troubleshoot ad attribution SDK events integration.
  • Collaborate with game developers to identify marketing messages and product positioning.

Pre-Requisites :

  • 5 years of experience in promoting mobile applications.
  • Strong understanding of free-to-play online mobile games, game mechanics, and monetization strategies.
  • Solid knowledge of mobile marketing channels and the key levers that can influence performance.
  • Hands-on experience running AdWords and Facebook campaigns.
  • Experience in data-backed and process-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in analytics, market research, and copywriting is a significant plus.
