Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Overview Concierge Care (www.conciergecarefl.com) is looking for an intermediate-level person with 1-2 years of experience in the Jacksonville FL market. Attitude, personality and a willingness to learn are as important as in-depth expertise. The most critical element is the ability to take ownership of your work. We do not expect this hire to know everything, but we do require familiarity with: · Key words - process of research and selection · SEO – technical, architecture, link-building, tagging, copy preparation · Ads – account and ad group creation, monitoring metrics, testing and reporting · Analytics – GA4, Search Console, SEM Rush, or other tools A typical day will consist of reviewing what has been happening with each marketing channel, analyzing how to do better and then following through on that plan. We want to expand our marketing reach as well, so your input on what should be done and how will be valuable. Also, monthly we run several reports to indicate how we are doing and where we should concentrate efforts. There will be daily meetings with a seasoned marketing professional and this position does include mentoring, training and ongoing learning. However, the majority of your time will be spent working individually. From day one your thoughts are valuable. This is not an admin position, but a rung on the ladder of building a career in digital marketing. Additional skills that will be helpful: · Word Press specifically Break Dance builder · Mobile optimization and speed testing · Google Business Profile · Canva graphic ability · Schema markup · Email marketing · Long-form copywriting · Social Media audience building and ads We do not have a time frame for hiring, and need the right person vs someone right now. This is not an entry level role. You do need to understand marketing terms and know what it takes to achieve rankings and success in ads.
