We are now expanding our in-house marketing team to strengthen our online presence and showcase the people who keep venues safe. *Job Description* We’re seeking a creative, hands-on Social Media Marketing Specialist. You’ll plan, produce, and publish content that highlights AG Security Group’s culture, services, and success stories—ultimately driving brand awareness, client inquiries, and talent recruitment. The ideal candidate is equal parts content creator and data watcher: someone who can shoot a quick Reel in the field, write a punchy caption, and translate engagement numbers into next steps. *Key Responsibilities* • Develop and maintain a rolling 30-day social content calendar that aligns with company goals. • Create short-form videos, photos, and graphics for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. • Write clear, platform-specific captions and schedule daily posts/stories. • Engage with comments and direct messages, escalating client or candidate leads to the right team. • Track reach, clicks, and follower growth; present concise weekly performance reports. • Monitor social trends and propose new ideas or channels to keep the brand voice fresh. • Travel as needed (mainly within the NYC metro area and occasional out-of-state events) to capture live content; some nights or weekends required. • Collaborate with HR and Operations to feature new hires, success stories, safety tips, and event highlights. • Assist in occasional on-site shoots (some nights or weekends) to capture live content. *Requirements* • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. • 2+ years managing social media for a brand or agency. • Proficiency with Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, and basic editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express). • Strong copywriting skills—short, punchy, and typo-free. • Ability to interpret engagement metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly. • Solid time-management skills; comfortable juggling multiple posts and deadlines. • Bonus points for experience in nightlife, hospitality, or event services.
