The Role & What You Will Be Doing

As a Digital Marketing Expert (m/f/d) permanent you will be joining the dynamic digital marketing team embedded in the Viatris commercial stream. By developing and implementing digital initiatives to maximize the impact of marketing & sales activities, you will play an instrumental role in transforming Viatris into an omni-channel enabled organization

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing & Medical: Work in a cross-functional environment to understand stakeholder needs and deliver digital marketing strategies that drive Viatris forward

• Content Creation & Management: Collaborate with Product Managers to evaluate market dynamics, asses the right channel mix, create engaging content and implement omnichannel marketing activities

• Global & Local Integration: Connect with global colleagues to adapt and translate relevant digital content to fit the local Austrian healthcare landscape

• Digital Asset Management: Create and deploy content for e-mail marketing (Rep-Triggered Emails), Mass Mail marketing and contribute to the development of the ViatrisConnect portal

• New Digital Initiatives: Leverage AI tools to (re)create content, creatively collect e-consents and suggest enhancements for levearing latent potential of Veeva CRM

• Data-Driven Insights: Own digital metrics and interpret data from Power BI dashboards to evaluate the impact of digital tactics to adapt activities for reach, business growth and sales maximisation

• Proactive Digital Content: Identify opportunities to implement digital content that bolsters brand visibility

• Training & Development: Train marketing & sales colleagues on digital capabilities to foster digital literacy within the organization

• Growth Strategies; Develop growth strategies for the Viatris omni-channel network to ensure an increased customer reach and engagement

• Customer Journey Mapping: Drive the digitization of the customer journey to strengthen customer relationships, understand touchpoints and enhance the overall customer experience

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

• Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Marketing, Digital/Online Marketing or related areas

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Online Marketing or Growth Hacking

• Basic understanding of the Austrian healthcare environment

• Experience in Consumer Marketing / creative agency environment is an advantage

• An open mind and willingness to learn

• Fluent in German and English (written and oral)
