Job Description: As a Digital Marketing and Sales Specialist, you will play a dual role in driving our marketing strategies and supporting our sales efforts. You will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that not only enhance our online presence but also generate qualified leads for our sales team. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC, to drive brand awareness and lead generation. • Collaborate with the sales team to understand target markets and create marketing campaigns that align with sales goals and objectives. • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and assess customer needs to tailor marketing efforts effectively. • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, monitoring performance metrics and making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI. • Create engaging content for marketing collateral, including email campaigns, social media posts, and landing pages, to nurture leads throughout the sales funnel. • Assist in qualifying leads generated from digital marketing efforts, helping the sales team prioritize follow-up activities. • Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and sales support. • Proven track record in sales or a sales-related role is highly desirable. • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM software, email marketing tools). • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media strategies. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages. • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
