We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Media & Performance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, a passion for all things digital media, and a desire to constantly improve performance.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Analyze and interpret data from various digital media channels, including paid search, display, and social media
• Identify trends and insights from data to inform campaign optimization and future actions
• Continuously improve performance through data-driven decision making

What You Need To Succeed:

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets
• Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Passion for digital media and desire to drive performance

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a digital media or marketing role
• Experience managing large budgets with Google Adwords, Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads

As a member of a fully remote and distributed team, you are expected to complete tasks autonomously, being highly collaborative and self-driven.
