Digital Media Specialist - Content Publishing & Distribution ClaimWizard is hiring a Digital Media Specialist to execute and amplify content across three connected brands. This role is about execution and amplification - not long-form writing. You’ll take content provided by our team (articles, videos, event materials), format and optimize it, and make sure it reaches the right audience on the right platform at the right time. You’ll manage social scheduling, blog publishing, light graphic and video editing, community engagement, and podcast production from existing video content. We’re looking for someone who combines creativity with analytical chops to tell our brand story, grow our audience, and drive measurable business results. What your portfolio should show... • A minimum of 3-5 professional multimedia pieces you directly owned across video, graphics, social, blogs, or ads • Your role, tools used, and a concise overview of your process • Outcomes for each piece - goal, metrics, or what you learned Confidential work can be shared as redacted samples or self-initiated projects. What you’ll do... Content Distribution & Scheduling • Upload, format, and publish team-written blog articles with light SEO and tagging • Schedule and publish for all brands using Buffer across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and more • Maintain separate editorial calendars for each brand • Repurpose video content into podcast episodes with light audio editing and publishing • Maintain consistent content cadence • Document processes, procedures, and SOPs for content and social media Creative Production • Design platform-specific graphics, thumbnails, and visual assets in Adobe Creative Suite or similar • Edit short and long form video for YouTube, social, and event coverage • Capture video and photography on iPhone for in-office, event, and promotional use • Develop engaging content strategies to spark interactions and responses • Tell clear, on-brand stories through multimedia content Community Management • Use Buffer to monitor and respond to comments and messages for all brands • Engage with relevant industry accounts and communities to increase reach • Stay current on emerging tools and techniques in content creation Analytics & Reporting • Track engagement, reach, traffic, and conversions using Buffer analytics and native platform insights • Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations • Make data-driven decisions to refine content and workflows Collaboration • Report to the Operations Manager for workflow and deadlines • Support promotions for events, workshops, book launches, and media appearances • Communicate clearly and foster collaboration across the team What we’re looking for...
