Description
This role manages people and projects related to protocol digitization. You will work with a team of skilled research professionals to convert detailed, hard-copied study protocols by configuring pages and pages of criteria, logic, steps, and data into a digital master study for Verily’s Site CTMS product. We are seeking someone with a research background; a holistic team mindset; mentor; and creative problem solver, who is excited by the challenges of managing a production based team.
- Manage a small team of Digitization Specialists.
- Empower the team through mentorship to consistently deliver high volumes of quality work
- Foster a strong team atmosphere, and open communication.
- Oversee strategic projects, emphasizing data-driven decision-making.
- Actively contribute to idea generation and maintain adaptability.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the clinical research field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and optimize processes
- Prior experience in clinical research or pharmaceutical industry, ideally certification or license in clinical research or related life sciences field (ex. ACRP, SOCRA/CCRP).
Preferred Qualifications:
- People management experience in managing remote teams and deliverable workflows
- Experience working on a production team. Experience with agile software development
- Experience with CTMS software usage
- Salesforce or similar case management software experience
- Previous experience in quality management (ex. Clinical Research Associate, In-house monitor, Site or Project Manager).
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $96,000 - $120,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
