Could you be our next Director, Advertising and Promotion? This is a hybrid role located in our King of Prussia PA office. You will report to the Head, GRA.

You will be a member of the GRA Regional Leadership Team and contributes to the vision and goals for Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) by:

• Provide leadership to the respective Regional Team, overseeing and accountable for all regional regulatory strategic and operational tasks for licensed products advertising and promotion requirements for all CSL departments.
• You will lead the establishment and maintenance of high quality relationships with regional health authorities and other external partners.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with respective partners (e.g., marketing, medical affairs, legal, etc) members to support the assigned products/projects.
• Interpret and apply regulations and guidance and guide teams in application and assessment
• Provide guidance and insight on changes within the external environment and how CSL may be impacted.
• Develop members of the team to grow within the organization and their respective roles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Pharmacy; post-graduate degree is advantageous.
• 10+ years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry, in Biologics/Research & Development/Regulatory Affairs.
• At least 7 years of regulatory experience and experience in a regulatory authority facing role, supported by additional pharmaceutical /industry experience.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of regulatory guidelines and legislative requirements of both international and (respective) regional Regulatory Authorities.
• Experience leading negotiations and facilitating resolution of issues with regulatory agencies and with positive outcomes.
• Experience working with external partner bodies, e.g. trade associations is advantageous.
