Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Bilingual Assistant, T echnical Department in our Apodaca, Nuevo Leon (PIIT) location.

Come join us at our PIIT Apodaca location as the assistant for the Mexico Engineering Hub, working closely with an amazing team of engineers and visitors from all across the globe.

What do you get to do in this position?

• Direct support to the Mexico Engineering Hub Director
• Support visitors from global Schneider locations with logistics and travel needs
• Support and organize events for the Power Products Business Unit
• Manage administrative processes related to travel and day to day operations

This job requires the following skills and competencies:

• H ighly organized person with a strong service attitude
• Proficient in MS Office Tools and applications (Outlook, Excel, PPT, etc)
• Fluent in English - Written and Spoken
• 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant
