Director, Competitive Intelligence

Saviynt is looking for an outstanding and dynamic leader to drive and scale our CI program and help foster our rapid growth. This is a key role in our Industry and Analyst Relations team working closely with Sales/Pre-Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, and other teams. To be successful in this role, you will need at least 7 years of prior CI or Product Management or Product Marketing experience and a strong command in Identity and Access Management space, particularly in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM). You would have set up a CI program in the past and driven it. And more importantly, you will need to be comfortable rolling up sleeves and indulging yourself in research.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Be part of a rapidly growing, dynamic team that is positioned to be a market leader
• Explore IAM space and vendor landscape in depth
• Enhance and scale an existing CI program to the next level
• Be the authority within the company on market and competition wisdom
• Perform competitive analysis, identify differentiators, and help position Saviynt products
• Own competitive analysis, battlecards, industry insights and market view reports
• Lead win-loss analysis
• Enable sales, pre-sales and marketing with competitive positioning
• Influence product strategy and roadmap with competitive insights
• Present at various conferences and meetings

WHAT YOU BRING

• Be passionate with Identity and Security space
• Have at least 7 years of prior CI or Product Management or Product Marketing experience in IAM space
• Have thought leadership in Identity and Access Management space, particularly in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) space, competitive landscape, challenges, and opportunities
• Be strong team player who can rapidly develop credibility and harness relationships
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills - be comfortable talking to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Have strong organizational and presentation skills
• Be self-directed, comfortable learning things on the fly and getting hands dirty
• Be able to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Klue tool is a huge plus
