Responsibilities

• Build the Data Analytics and AI Practice
• Collaborate with EPAM colleagues to deliver data consulting services
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of Enterprise Data Driven Strategy and Data Analytics and AI services
• Stay updated and expand expertise in business and technology solutions to drive customer's Enterprise Data and Analytics Strategy, including data monetization, operating models, data governance, and delivery
• Enhance EPAM's reputation as a thought leader in this space
• Deliver Value for EPAM Clients
• Empower client leaders to positively impact business outcomes using a holistic approach to business alignment and technology strategy focused on Advanced Analytics and a Data-Driven mindset
• Partner with EPAM client relationship managers to improve client outcomes continuously
• Build trusted advisor status by proactively enhancing client relationships
• Architect, Sell Value-Added, and Deliver Solutions
• Develop strong relationships with EPAM sales, account management, and delivery teams to create valuable customer-centric solutions
• Target potential clients that could benefit from AI, Advanced Analytics, Data Services, and Business Consulting
• Understand clients' strategic challenges to architect impactful and value-added solutions with measurable business benefits
• Identify and capitalize on additional opportunities for value-added services

Requirements

• Strong understanding of business operations and challenges across various domains and industries, with expertise in aligning people, processes, and technology strategies to enterprise goals, specifically within Data and Analytics organizations
• Demonstrated passion and experience in leveraging emerging technologies to create new business opportunities and tackle modern challenges
• Extensive experience leading technology-based consulting engagements, with a deep understanding of client technology leaders' expectations and daily challenges
• Hands-on experience with the latest Advanced Data and Analytics cloud technologies for digital transformation and operational enhancement, including proficiency in cloud solutions like Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Azure, AWS, and GCP
• Expertise in multiple Data and Analytics tools such as Hadoop, Apache Spark & Storm, and visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBI, coupled with a deep knowledge of Machine Learning and Data Governance frameworks like DAMA or Gartner EIM
• Proven track record in organizational change management and leading sales pursuits within collaborative team environments
• Experience in building and leading teams as a Consultant or Internal IT/Technology Leader
• Commitment to continuous learning and self-development
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, with at least 10-15 years of progressively responsible experience in technology consulting
