Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Leverage cluster and predictive modelling to develop ideal customer target market segments for effective strategizing.
- Design and develop business go-to-market models and processes to deliver on business strategy through optimal systems and people development.
- Develop and drive global marketing strategy for primary go-to-market segments in enterprise, commercial and nonprofit segments.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis through data mining to identify trends, market opportunities, or competitor performance.
- Conduct financial modeling for global demand and revenue forecasting, and measure marketing return on investment across channels and campaigns.
- Collect and analyze sales data to monitor and report business health against end-to-end reverse waterfall model and key business objectives.
- Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities and participate in defining product requirements based on market analysis to help inform product roadmap and pricing strategies.
- Drive pricing analysis for new products and services launched.
- Keep up to date with our audience’s preferences and proactively set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools and multiple-sales-channel campaigns (e.g. website, emails, social media and blogs).
- Own the buyer journey from start to end, develop key strategies that support buyers’ needs from learning the about the solution all the way through purchase.
- Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Design and Content teams to optimize customer experience, ensure brand consistency, integrate and complement marketing strategies across multiple sales channels.
- Communicate and collaborate with merchants, vendors, webmasters, bloggers, or online editors to place sales-oriented hyperlinks in high-traffic locations.
- Direct optimal customer experiences across the buyer journey by deploying continuous process improvements by analyzing patterns across various data sources and designing A/B tests to improve existing practices.
- Supervise all online marketing initiatives, such as paid ad placement, affiliate programs, sponsorship programs, email promotions, or viral marketing campaigns on social media and websites.
- Build and direct an effective and competent demand generation team, with a key focus on training and personnel development.
- Prepare electronic commerce designs or prototypes, such as storyboards, mock-ups, or other content, using Adobe Graphics Creative Suite.
- Identify, evaluate, and procure hardware or software for continuous business improvement, building data as a competency, and improving marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in the evaluation or negotiation of contracts with vendors or online partners.
- Be self-motivated, confident, energetic and a team player.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration and 3 years of experience in Market Research Analysis
- Coursework in Marketing Management, Strategic Management, Business and Marketing Analytics, Pricing Strategy and Analytics, Spreadsheet Modelling & Simulation, Database Management, Corporate Finance.
- 3+ years of experience demand generation, new business development, digital marketing, business strategy, financial planning and business analytics.
- 2 + years of experience in:
- Project management;
- Using and management of software and Database Management Systems (DBMS); Software or online sales-driven products (e.g. B2B SaaS/cloud products);
- Using and managing CRM (e.g., Salesforce.com) and marketing automation systems (e.g., Marketo); and
- Building and training effective teams, with a keen focus on personnel skill and competency development.
