Must-Have:

• 12+ years of experience in corporate excellence and quality management, with 5 years in leading a team
• Expertise in performance management systems and tools (e.g., Balanced Scorecard, BI software).
• Proficiency in quality frameworks such as EFQM, Lean, Six Sigma, and ISO standards.

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor’s/ business administration, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
• Professional certifications in quality and excellence frameworks (e.g., EFQM Assessor, Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, ISO Lead Auditor).
