Our work has uncovered over 1000 proprietary selective cortisol modulators, including our marketed product, Korlym® (mifepristone), the first treatment available for those living with Cushing’s syndrome, a life-threatening condition caused by excess cortisol activity. Today, we have a unique opportunity to revolutionize the treatment of severe endocrine, oncology, metabolism and neurology disorders and aim to deliver better outcomes for the people affected by them.
The Director, Financial Planning & Analysis will direct the budgeting, forecasting and analysis for the business, identifying opportunities and risks as well as driving business results.
Responsibilities:
- Lead components of the annual Budget/Reforecast
- Direct key business partners to develop Budgets based on assumptions and cost drivers
- Direct Senior Management financial reporting, including Budget vs. Actuals and Key performance analytics
- Direct financial outlooks that incorporate the latest current business trends
- Proactively identify and implement processes to effectively scale Finance and the Company
- Lead special projects as needed and perform other duties as required
Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Technical Proficiencies:
- Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Strong collaborative skills with proven success directing cross-functional teams
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with deep attention to detail
- Experience with accounting and budgeting software (Adaptive Planning, NetSuite)
- Experience with contract management and purchase order systems
- Direct report management experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
•   Minimum B.S. / B.A. in accounting or finance; CPA a plus
•   Minimum 10 years’ experience in accounting / finance
•   Prior pharmaceutical experience preferred
The pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this headquarters-based position is $227,000 - $267,100; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on legitimate considerations, including geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
